We know that we simply could not have survived this long or stayed grounded without the continual generous support of our audiences.

In today's world of an ever shrinking economy, income from ticket sales and performance fees cover only a small fraction of our operating costs and costs associated with creating new work. Therefore this year Rennie Harris Puremovement has launched the New Works Project individual donor campaign.
The New Works Project is a new fundraising effort that solicits support from individuals to aid RHPM in continuing to develop cutting-edge Hip Hop Dance Theater and the many expenses of operating a successful dance company.
We are asking for all of you who have enjoyed RHPM’s performances of Rome & Jewels, Facing Mekka and Repertory to give $10 to aid in taking the vision Rennie Harris has for RHPM from a simple concept to a brilliant concert stage performance.

Please help us remain committed to being relentless and uncompromising to the integrity of Hip Hop dance. Your gift of $10 may seem small to you but is a BIG gift to us. Funding from the New Works Project will assist in creating the upcoming evening length productions of 100NakedLocks and Heaven premiering in 2009 and 2010 so stay tuned.
